Scientific Software

• Polynomial Integrator Packages (PI Pack) is a Matlab package for analyzing and testing polynomial time integrators.

• Container Job Runner (CJR) is a command line tool that allows researchers to easily work with docker containers and run computational experiments on different local or cloud resources.

Past Projects

• Ocean was a fully managed, containerized cloud computing platform for data science, machine learning, and scientific computing. It allowed anyone to easily scale their code from a single computer to a cloud supercomputer for the whole team.

• GotProject allows you to clip content from websites, save bookmarks, and organize your web clips in a visual way. See Promotional Video.

• InkLib was a website that allowed aspiring authors to upload and share their writing via a skeuomorphic digital book. See Promotional Video.
